Cygrade’s data and servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the most secure and reliable cloud service providers in the world. AWS maintains state-of-the-art data centers with multiple layers of physical, technical, and operational security controls.

• Certifications & Compliance: AWS is certified under ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and other major global security frameworks.

• Data Center Security: Facilities are protected with 24/7 monitoring, biometric access controls, CCTV surveillance, and redundant power/cooling systems.

• Network Security: AWS provides DDoS protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems to mitigate threats.

• Encryption: All traffic between Cygrade and AWS is protected with TLS 1.2+, and stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.

Employee Policies

We enforce strict internal policies and access controls to protect customer information. Only employees, contractors, or agents who require access to perform their job duties are granted it, following the principle of least privilege.

• Authentication & Access Controls: Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) and is limited to authorized personnel.

• Confidentiality Agreements: All team members handling sensitive data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

• Security Training: Employees undergo regular security awareness and compliance training, covering topics such as phishing prevention, secure data handling, and incident reporting.
