Cygrade's data and servers are hosted at Amazon Web Services (AWS), which implements industry-leading physical, technical, and operational security measures. Amazon has received ISO 27001 certification, and is SOC-compliant. AWS’s infrastructure are generally acceptable and suitable to host secure and compliant applications.
Even though Cygrade itself has not undergone a SOC audit yet (we're on pace to complete that in Q1 2025), our data center has.
We have strong security measures in place to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. Only those employees, contractors, and agents who need to work with your data to deliver or improve our services have access. They are required to keep this information confidential and could face serious consequences, including dismissal or legal action, if they violate this confidentiality.
